H&M: Paris Show Collection

So back in February time I fell in love with the H&M AW13 catwalk collection shown at Paris Fashion Week. And, today, finally it hit the stores and online. I have already made my two innocent purchases, however, if my bank held endless pots of money, I could have continued to fill my basket. The prices, even though from their Paris Fashion Week collection, are affordable.

Now I'm just awaiting the debut of the Isabel Marant for H&M.

Haider Ackermann

After Haider Ackermann's dark and dramatic SS13 collection, all I can say is bring on February and the AW13 catwalks.

I had heard of Ackermann before but I only the other day did I look at his designs properly. I started by looking at his most recent designs from his SS13 collection. The contrast in fabrics, the layering, the sexy yet androgynous look silhouettes I was literally in my element. Now a new favourite style and fashion inspiration of mine.

The colour palette for this collection very dark and muted for S/S wear, giving it a dramatic edge. Ackermann's cutting skills are illustrated beautifully by the collection as always. I love the styling of flowing dresses over jeans and the layering. Also this idea that all of the looks could be transferred from day to night.

Twenty8Twelve

The sun is shining on down this week and apparently next thank the lord. Maybe with white milk bottles I call my legs will get an ever so slight tan. I can only pray.
With an actual summer looking possible looking at A/W clothing seems completely bonkers.
But this is just where procrastination and twitter leaves you.

Ok not all of the look book tiggled my fancy but I love the wearablility of the Twenty8Twelve line. This collection was the first after Savannah and Sienna Miller stepped down. But all their morals still stood in place.
The shoes are something i would like to add to the closet fo-sure!
After seeing their A/W 10 collection on the Elle website I've had a bit of lovin for this brand. So when I went to London Fashion Weekend in 2010 I brought a bargain of a white jacket, however I still am yet to wear it.
